CycleFi Hardware Requirements

We’ve built CycleFi to be flexible to support all stages of your pain cave development!

To play CycleFi we need a controller device, a display device, and a smart trainer with a power sensor.

Display Device: used to view the game world.

Example devices: iPad, MacbookPro, Dell XPS, AppleTV

Controller Device: used to steer and control the menus.

Example controller devices: iPhone 6s or higher, Google Pixel

Smart Trainer: used to accelerate and maintain speed while playing.

Wahoo smart trainer Kickr Snap, Kickr Core, or Kickr

Minimalist setup:

  • Supported iPhone or Android (controller + display)

  • Wahoo Kickr Snap

Jeff’s setup (using ant+):

We only officially support Wahoo trainers at this time, however, support for additional trainers is in the pipeline.
